How Noyes Manor Built a Safe Haven for Residents

Noyes Manor provides senior/disabled housing in Sherrill, NY. Noyes Manor has one-bedroom apartments available for rent. There are weekly events and entertainment, and tub cuts are offered for the elderly/disabled. It is in close proximity to Turning Stone Resort & Casino and Vernon Downs Hotel & Casino. The property is located next to the City of Sherrill Robertson Park. The park has a walking track, swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, and pavilion.
Over the past few years, senior care facilities have continued to adapt and evolve in order to meet the demands and needs of residents. Some, with pre-existing conditions, require good indoor air quality to feel “good” on a day-to-day basis.

The HealthWay team performed a complete site survey and suggested a complete portable air purification plan. We ruled out in-line HVAC air purification systems due to their location and the inability of technicians to easily retrofit the units. HealthWay presented Faruk with a few different options and he pushed to get the very best air purification program installed throughout his buildings. He’s now running 32 industry-leading air purifiers throughout community rooms, hallways, and gathering spaces across the campus.
The residences now feature our Compact and Ultrafine 486 systems with a focus on better indoor air quality in all common spaces.
