Milback Custom Homes LLC is a subsidiary, operating independently of their parent company, Milback Construction Company LLC. Milback Custom Homes is the first builder in New York State to earn the Certified Pure Wellness label in their homes. In May of 2019, Milback Custom Homes partnered with Intellipure to provide their customers with healthier, clean air. Each Milback Custom Home comes standard with a SuperV Whole House air purification unit installed. This is not a retail store.
